First of all, an apology for not posting for ages!! Life got a bit busy for a while and didn’t get a chance to keep up with any of the Feed me allergy free stuff.

But now I’m back, I wanted to quickly mention a website that I’ve just stumbled across – Pure Flavour. It looks a great site if you are following a wheat/gluten free and dairy free diet – especially the cakes which look delicious!! Unfortunately, no good for us though as they aren’t egg free.
